and International Right of Way in topics specific to eminent domain including: partial interest, expert witness testimony, and litigation support.

Twenty-seven years of experience in real estate, including: land development and construction; appraisal of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial properties; and market and feasibility analysis. Former employers include
Atlanta, Georgia based national appraisal firms: Kirkland and Company and Pritchett, Ball, and Wise.
